Premier CaliCare Solutions was founded by sisters Luisa Cerrato and Katherine Calero, who share a passion for helping seniors and families navigate the challenges of aging with dignity, compassion, and respect.
What began as a commitment to caring for others evolved into a shared vision of creating a home care agency that families can trust. Both Luisa and Katherine began their careers providing hands-on care to clients, gaining firsthand experience supporting seniors and individuals who wished to remain safely and comfortably in their homes.
Luisa’s journey in home care started as a caregiver, where she witnessed the profound impact that compassionate, dependable care can have on both clients and their families. As her career progressed, she advanced to leadership roles, overseeing care services, supporting caregivers, and ensuring quality outcomes for clients. These experiences provided her with a deep understanding of the operational and personal aspects of exceptional home care and ultimately inspired her to establish Premier CaliCare Solutions.
Katherine’s journey similarly began caregiving, where she developed meaningful relationships with clients and their loved ones while providing personalized support. She later advanced into management roles, helping coordinate care services, support care teams, and maintain high standards of client satisfaction. Her experience and dedication to quality care make her an invaluable part of the leadership team.

Having served as a caregiver, administrator, and now Founder & CEO, Luisa brings a unique perspective to home care that combines hands-on experience with leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for helping others. She also holds a degree in Psychology, providing valuable insight into human behavior, emotional well-being, and importance of compassionate, client -centered care.
Katherine Calero, Co-Founder & COO
With a background in caregiving and management, Katherine is dedicated to supporting clients, families, and caregivers while ensuring the highest standards of service and care throughout the organization. She holds a degree in Business, bringing expertise in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operational management that helps drive the company’s commitment to excellence.
